Individual Psychotherapy via Telehealth
I provide individual therapy to current or former athletes, highly sensitive people and women feeling the weight of society’s expectations and who are trying to find their way back to themselves.
All therapy sessions are provided to individuals throughout the state of CT via telehealth only at this time.
Sliding scale options available!
Service Fees
Initial intake (75 - 90 minutes) - $175
Individual psychotherapy (50-70 minutes) - $150
Family session (50-75 minutes) - $165
I offer a select number of spots on a sliding scale. Please reach out about my sliding scale availability!
Adolescent intakes require a first session
with parent(s) and a second session with the adolescent.
I am all about transparency! You will never be mislead about my service fees. Read more about the No Surprise Act.
