Clear Minds Brave Hearts Counseling does not accept insurance and is self-pay only at this time. However, once you pay for your service at Clear Minds, you can request a superbill (i.e., receipt/invoice) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Based on your plan’s individual coverage limits, you may receive reimbursement from your insurance company. To get a better understanding of your out-of-network benefits, I recommend reaching out to your insurance company for clarification.

When you book a free 20-30 minute discovery call with me, you will have the opportunity during that conversation to share with me your presenting concerns and goals for therapy as well as get an idea of my approach to the therapeutic process. After the discovery call, we will decide if we think it will be a good client-therapist fit. If we determine that it is not the right fit or the best time to proceed with services, I will do my best to provide external referrals to further assist you in getting connected with a therapist that meets your needs. If it is determined that it will be a good fit, we will decide on a time for your intake session.
