In addition to individual therapy services, I offer a premium, membership-based therapy model designed specifically for athletes and high performers who want deeper, more personalized support.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. With a monthly concierge model, you get direct access to me as your therapist, increased flexibility with scheduling, and care that adapts to your evolving needs - whether you’re in season, training during the off season, or somewhere in between.

Your treatment plan will be crafted around your goals, your schedule, and your life. You’ll received the kind of focused individualized care and attention that leads to real, last change and not just short-term coping.

What you get when you enroll for $500 per month:

  • Priority scheduling

  • Weekly clinical therapy sessions (60-75 minutes) with flexible scheduling (Monday - Saturday) that work with your training schedule

  • Option to add an additional weekly therapy session (Monday - Saturday) at no additional cost to you

  • Unlimited in-between session messaging support for check-ins, wins, or real-time support before/after competition (Monday - Saturday)

  • Brief support calls or “mental resets” in between sessions and before/after competition (Monday - Saturday)

  • Custom performance tools and resources

  • Total privacy - no insurance involvement or red tape

*There is no minimum monthly requirement for enrollment and you are free to opt out of the concierge model at any time; however, you will not get a refund for the month you are in - your membership will just not be renewed for the following month.
